| Apprentice | The difference between TOS and AUP? Hi, I'm trying to write some terms for TDD and I'm wondering if there's a difference between TOS and AUP. I don't know if they are the same thing or if they have different purposes (I'm not a legal buff!). And are there any TOS/AUP templates I could use? If so, where can I download? I searched Google but I didn't find any downloadable TOS/AUP templates.

| Apprentice | I have written a custom registration agreement because I want the terms to be set entirely to how I want TDD to be run. Do you think the agreement is brief and to the point? Would it be good enough after I've set the full terms in the TOS/AUP/PP? Suggestions for improvement are welcome. Quote:
