| few things i notice that i think would really help. just looking at the front page: do a horizontal nav on the top to make it easier to get to your main places like the forum. maybe put some actual posts on the front page instead of just the announcements which don't seem to have a lot of content i would put a little welcome message or an about us message on the forum that lets people know what the site is about looking at the forum page: see ifyou can condense the size of the recent topics. maybe just compress the size of each row. there is a lot of space above and below the text and it pushes the meat of your site down. i have a huge monitor and for me, the text is really small. maybe increase the size of the description text on the bottom, you have a lot of stuff like bday, upcoming bday stats etc. maybe you can move them to all be on one line or remove them completely. they take up a ton of room. its a cool site, but it needs some stylistic tweaks
