I haven't released my site yet really, so I need some opinions. I really want to do well with this one.

very clean, very organized. Looks go so far. Of course you should do some population of the forum with some threads and posts. Generally, i like to put a welcome message on the top or on the front page that tells what the site is about. check www.abadss.com

maybe you could use the notices or welcome headers feature to encourage registration and posting.

I think it looks good and is a good start. The colors work together. I look forward to seeing it more filled with info and threads and all the sections.

Hey Thomas long time no talk hey! I am getting my forum fixed and its music too! When i found out yours was music a couple of days ago i thought that was sweet as! We could do some link/ad exchanges later on when mine is up!

Anyway your theme looks great, i like the background color being a grey with other tonal greys and it works very well with that green and white. Nice layout with the forums too, was similar to mine but mine is mostly based on metal music. I also signed up as Haggard (my new username) but i can't start posting because i can't read any of my emails and get the activation code from your site. Could you activate my account please?

Good start. The layout is clean and crisp and the background is nice. Since everyone has picked out the good points, I thought I would suggest a few points of improvement.

Firstly, your towering advert on the right is abit unnecessary I think. It takes your eye away from the forum (especially when a white advert shows - the contrasting colours aren't good). Also, the icons for boards, to show if there are new posts etc, seem a bit odd with a white border. I think maybe a darker border so that they don't stand out so much.

Finally, the legend colours for users. The group with blue (moderators?) is VERY hard to read on the grey background (check online list). It is contrasts and hurts quite a lot.

Other than that good start, lots of content and good activity
