| Planning Before When creating a forum, do you plan it thoroughly before creating it? Or do you take things as they come and make adjustments according to the members etc.  | ||||

| I think planning is one of the most important steps in starting a forum. You shouldn't just jump in, I like to have pretty much everything laid out before I even buy the domain or install the software. Either in my head or on a piece of paper.

| I usually like to write stuff down because sometimes I'll be thinking of an idea, go off and do something, and come back later and forget my idea. ;o
