I had a brief overview for about 4 months. Once I decided I wanted to back out of everyday ops and focus on memberships advertisement and development I wanted them to have something, in writing, that they can refer to. I didn't write it, just modified it for our forum---it leaves positivey no question what expectations are, how to do certain functions, and what is or isn't a bannable offense. Besides training on the AdminCP, this provides a lot of info to my admins in case I'm not there. | |||||
