| Cookie Cutter Welcome Do you guys find yourself or anyone on your staff doing cookie-cutter welcomes? How do you think this portrays you and your board? On the other hand, do you believe custom welcomes give you more crediblity with the registrant?

Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 10,246 Location: Athens, GA | Customized welcomes are always better than cookie-cutter welcomes, but they do require more time...if you have a lot of new members joining your forums, this can be tough....While a custom welcome is better than a cookie-cutter welcome, a cookie-cutter welcome is better than no welcome at all  That said...90% of my welcomes are custom
