too many/not enough staff?
Ive been wondering, is this enough/too much/not enough staff?
http://forumchunkies.co.uk/vb/forum/showgroups.php (Ignore Supporters, there not staff , also ignore the Admin Roaming user, thats my Roaming account , its only moderator as its the account i use when aways from my PC, such as an internet cafe, I only have it as moderator, so if someone gets on, they cant do TOO Much damage.)

I also agree with Cori. You don't want to many staff, because members will think the forum could be over moderated.

Not really, i was just trying to see what you thought. All my staff are fresh, except my Co-Admin. My moderators are just members that i felt deserved such a place. I was hoping it didnt look to moderated lol. im trying to get reasons as to why my community might be starting to lack activity.

looks just right to me, yep just wait until you get more active members and then add more to the staff on your forum. with my forum i actuall started with 2 admin and 4 moderator, but i had a lot of members who came early so it looked fine. but then i was mucking around changing the amount of mods on my forum for many reasons and i prefer having 3 mods that live in different parts of the world, so theres always someone online.

I was tryin to o tat with mystaf. how ever, myself, and my 2 moderators are both in the UK. Only my Co-Admin is from abroad (U.S.A.) So he is usually around at night time (british time), though to be honest, im often lurking about till 4AM my time.
