Personally if it was me, i'd pull up the moderator in question and ask her about how she feels at your forums, ask her if everything is going ok, and normally, they tend to spit it all out with past experience, just approach them in a middle grounded way. If that doesnt work just go for the full blown approach.

| Apprentice ![]() | Tell'em straight up, either deal with each other or leave. You gotta be upfront about this. If you dont take control of the situation it will happen again and again. |

| Forum Addict ![]() | I think you should have the right to have all the infomation about the problem, your an admin ofcourse and just like what Get Shorty said, you can't fix a problem if you don't know all the info + facts of both sides of the story. |

| Veteran ![]() | I think it's a good idea to hear bolth sides, and understand the situation before acting. If one person is more at fault, then yes, let them know how things are run. Chances are it's just a disagreement, and bolth are to blaim, in which case jsut remind them the position they are in and that they should remain professional about it. You don't always have to get along with everyone on the forum (although it really helps) Just as long as it isn't dragged acrossed the boards and turned into a specticle
