Yes, I always hide my staff forums. They should never be viewable to the general public (even if they're password protected).

Oh yeah, I always hide them. I consider it unprofessional if it's shown. I also believe the whole "out of sight, out of mind" thing, because if the forums are shown the members might wonder if the staff are talking about them.

Most definitly. It's not even visible to anyone not in the admin/moderator usergroups. I call it the Staff Room. It's bolth a place for use to discuss how to deal with problomatic members and issues, as well as just a place to relax and get away from our forum duties
