Join Date: Mar 2007 Posts: 38 | And then i come along  My staff forum IS visible to all guests and members but the permissions are set to private and can only be accessed by Admin and moderators. yes we had the odd joke about it in the early days, but since we set it to visible it has proved to be very successful. we no longer get problem members pm'ing differant moderators with the same issue and getting differant replies or stating this moderator said this or that when i asked about this or that. The members now understand that we are a team and we do discuss and problem solve all issues together and we have a place to do that. We have nothing to hide in that so why hide it? we are far from being on a power trip and it has never come across that way to the members..... believe me they'd let us know  In the 10 months we have operated this way it has only ever been beneficial and we have left many a storm behind us! | ||||
