I hide my staff forums. I don't see what good could come from displaying a section that while not a secret, isn't available to and doesn't concern the members of the site.

yes my staff forums are hidden I do this for the simple fact that why should I have all those extra sections visible to the general public when they have absolutely no need to be able to know that they are there.

keep it simple for the average user, it will just confuse them if they see the admin section but can't post or read the content of it.

I used to be on a board where the admin forum was visible and you could see when there was a new post in there. It drove me crazy!

If only people knew it's really not that exciting. *laugh*

Yes, all of our staff areas are hidden. Admin area's are even hidden from the mods, and my own personal area is hidden from everyone but me.
