What are you getting your mods for the holidays?

It's that time of year again. What are you getting your moderators for the holidays? Last year I sent each one a custom $25 Visa Gift Card and a hand written card.

Today, I ordered 14 lava lamps (orange water, white lava... just like my site) which I will be taking to a local print shop to have my site logo stamped on. I'm also going to be placing an order with Janitor from http://www.ndesigns.net for 50+ t-shirts with a kick ass technorganic design that a graphic designer is doing up for me as we speak. So each moderator is getting a custom lava lamp, t-shirt, and a nice little card from yours truly.

What are you guys doing for your moderators this year?!

oh my Im too poor to purchase stuff for my mods

I just give them maybe a usertitle with special signature title or something

on special ocassion

Wow skyhawk133 you are very generous to your mods, I wish I could afford it too. My staff at the bookshop work hard for me day and night and they don't get anything except a friendly message.

Hmmm I wish I could do that too but, I can't because I'm only a person who can't get a job so I don't have the money to do things like that and make money to do so.

But, I did the best thing I could do and that was create a staff forum with perks for staff only to enjoy so it was made off limits to members. If somebody who isn't apart of the staff joins I pm them and tell them to go to the main forum. And then delete their account after they leave.

I do the best I can with my job I try to make things perfect for members.

Being we're a geo-targeted (regional) site, I'll be getting them restaurant gift certificates from Restaurant.com.

Very generous of you to give them all that, When my forum opens and the mods and teams have been long serving and loyal i will send them a free t-shirt or something.

Um, well, I'm not getting my mods anything because I'm the only one.

But if I had mods, I wouldn't get them anything because I'm poor.

For five moderators, it'll end up costing between $100 and $150.
