staff not doing their jobs

i have a few graphics designers, who all do fabulous work! but most of them just cant be bothered to make any graphics when requested to, even though ive asked them to.. they come up with a lot of excuses

theyre also great friends of mine, so i cant just sack them

plus noone else would be a graphics designer at my forums..

any ideas?

You need to start laying down the law in my opinion. Either they do the work, or there out, IMO friends should be treated the same as random members on forums.

Do you pay them or offer them any rewards for making the graphics? If not, then you can't really demand them. Sometimes it's hard to get people to do something without reward.

what do i do if they still wont do the work?

plus i got them set at making 2 graphics per month, or theyre out, as theyre not needed

but a lot of the designers are making less than 2 per month. i like the rule, but i dont want to sack the designers because of it

they can charge the members "RB Dollars" for making them graphics.. nothing special

That leads to the question, why make rules, if you won't follow them yourself, and do you end of the bargain?

but then its not their fault they cant post 2 graphics if theyre not being requested

which comes to my other topic, about making an account and requesting false graphics for them to make, to boost their stats

theres a scoreboard with the amount of graphics each designer has made

im at the top, with most of the graphics made, and the other people arent getting used

its starting to get me to wonder if i should have other graphic designers at all..
