The first place to look is inside your forums themselves...if you can't find anybody there, then you must look elsewhere...The best place outside of your forum is here at AdminFusion of course

Something important to consider when looking for staff is who you need and what you have to offer them...is it a volunteer or a paid position? It will not be easy finding a coding or graphics team if they are not receiving anything directly in return.

Also, two points of interest -

My personal opinion is that if your members aren't willing to be staff (asking, volunteering) then you're forum needs a lot of work. I usually get at least 1 member/week asking to be staff on one of my forums.

Either that or your forum is so new that you don't really need staff.

I would have to say the members on the board, but then they dont always have the time. Most of my members use to be mods at one point or another, but had to give it up due to real life. At the moment i could do with mods, but i will wait until there are members that are willing to do it as i have took mods from outside the board before, but i dont think it worked for me.

The first thing you should do is get off invision free , and get paid hosting. Or you could get some free hosting from x10hosting.com and then maybe buy a cheap domain name?

If you were trying to recruit people you might want to implent the changes above because people don't normally register on free remoatley hosted forums or .co.nr domains. Maybe go with phpbb or mybb. If u did want to do this then i could help you set it up free of charge.
