Christmas For Staff?

My guys work real hard. Just about all of my staff have attended national events and helped pimp the site this year, and I was wondering what you guys do for your staff during the holidays. I have 3 lead mods and 6 mods. I'm thinking a nice hooded sweatshirt with the logo printed on it and a bottle of burbon for each of them. This is not the only thing we do for them , we get them into the events they attend during the year and get them preferred pricing with vendors, etc. What do you guys do for your staff?

Seeing as the main staff of my forum is made of me, myself, and I... and two friends who co-own the place but really don't do anything... I won't be doing anything for my staff, but I have huge plans for my members.

If I were to find a staff, I would probably give them a little something. Maybe like $10 or something.

I think that is really nice of you to give like that to your staff.

This is my site's first Christmas so my upper staff and I are doing a gift exchange, then all of us together are doing a card exchange. I am also thinking of giving everyone on staff something extra, but I can't say here because they are always on here looking around lol

I have to admit I don't do much for my staff, but they don't really have a lot to work to do on my forums. If they ask for something, I'm right there to help them though. I'm also 17 with no income other than what my parents allot me from time to time.

I haven't done this in the past but I may do something this year. My forums have gotten a lot bigger and have required more work on their part.

I think you have to be careful not to insult them with a super cheap gift though. I mean, if I was a mod for a site and I worked my tail off, I would be offended by a small bonus if I knew the admin was making major bank in the meantime.

Well I have 1 staff member so I was planing on a gift card to walmart if I had more staff I would do hooded sweat but im sure they will like money too
