I like the way Ryan and the guys have it set up here. He has it so the staff all have the same amount of rep power and it doesn't increase with the more pips they get. That way they don't feel that they can't give out pips becuase their rep power is to high. | ||||

Although you want your staff to stay on indefinitely, chances are that wont happen. If their account if ever changed to a member account, they'll still have credit for all of the work that they have done. | ||||
