Some Users will also use your weaknesses against you, so be carefull not to show them to people your not sure about.

This is how I see it.

Who owns the license? You or him?

If it's you, you need to put your foot down. YOU are the one in control. HE is supposed to HELP you, not run the show.

If it's him, then I'm afraid you're just going to have to listen to him.

HOWEVER, under EITHER circumstance, you need to let him know that you guys are PARTNERS and should respect each other's opinions. Whether he owns the license or not, if he won't ask you about things, then you don't need to be an admin there. He obviously doesn't need your help. Or, if you own the license, he doesn't need to be staff if he won't remember you're the root.
