Forum Leaders take a specific forum under their wing and they limited moderating abilities on those forums only. Most of my Forum Leaders do not stick to their own corners, though, and participate across the forum. I have been wondering what the difference is between Super Mod and Mod, though?

| Title: Groupie Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 48 Location: Canada, eh? ![]() ![]() | I have 3 SuperMods and one Moderator but they can basically all do the same job. They're all on at different times of the day and the Moderator is more looking into the new members and checking to make sure they all know the Rules & Regs. I don't see a huge difference in either job. For some forums where there is next to no problems at all, I don't see the need to have 1-2 different mods for every forum you have.. Universal mods are more effective (imo) for smaller boards.. | ||||
