I don't pay my staff at all. I think it's a really bad idea. I do however give my Upper Staff (about 6 women) $15-$20 gift certificates or an ornament for Christmas. It's nothing big, but it shows I care

Yes, sounds very retarded dosent it.

And i wouldnt pay them out of my own pocket, Maybe if i had a well establised forum and ads that is brining in revenue i would share some of it with the admins of the forums, I don't know about the moderators though.
