I'm like you, if they're on staff, it's likely that they know what they're doing...BUT, that said, I think this kind of thing should come naturally. There's no need to ask your staff to work for you outside of the forums if they don't want to do it, and when they do it on their own accord, it will probably come across as more "genuine"

| It's upto them if they want to do it, I know the head admin on the site im on at the moment dosent ask his other staff to do this, they get to do it at there own choice. | ||||
