I have been a one man show for 6 years already .. I got used to this. Now I do get some help from few dedicated people, but still all the hard work gets on my hands

yup i do most all the work on my sites. I have one other admin LOW, he just makes sure the servers are ok and makes server moves and stuff. everything else is up to me. I have staff, 2 super mods and 1 mod.

supermods just create general activity and do mod stuff like clean up and move threads

mod has 1 "job" to post news stories. and he does a fine job
