![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I guess you meant Administrator, well I admin my own sites because I love doing that. Usually administration job requires that the forum is kept online and every feature is working properly, in the starting it involves installing the forum script, hacks, skins and getting every thing to work properly.

| Super Moderator ![]() ![]() | I always get a co-admin in, its just go easier that way - you can both post & promote. If you're an admin of an already successful board already, then you'll have the knowledge to do it yourself, but this is the mistake many start-up admins make by doing it there self and getting frustrated because nothing is really happening. As you can't expect people to come to your forum without a little promotion & talk, and you'll either be lacking in one if you do it by yourself.

| The Webmaster ![]() | You could probably make a thread here or at other webmaster forums describing exactly what you're looking for. Make sure you really get to know and can trust whoever you would potentially decide on.

![]() | The best advice is to get to know members on other sites like this one and figure out if you can trust them. I got lucky when I opened up my sites and had already known a few people that I fully trusted to help me co-admin my sites. I still take care of the day to day workings but they help me with the technical end of things, especially when I dont have time for it.
