Finding graphics staff
Im working on a forum for young adults and will need some custom made graphics, just wondering where you guys would say the best place to get graphics made for free would be?

We have a graphics team on my board. They post offers to members and make banners for us and so on. They do it for free. All they get from us is a special title and access to a forum just for the graphics team.
