Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 82  | On my last project i had; Two SuperAdmins, Three Admins, and about Three or Four Moderators. Each admin had a differant set of teams to look after and the moderators patrolled the chat, and forums. We had a small community of around 200/300 members. Activity was extremely high and content production was great.  | ||||

Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 98 | Our member numbers will seem low, but after 6 months of inactivity we delete them. We don't want lurkers since members share a lot of personal info. Members- 149 Theads- 30,179 Posts- 224,890 I am the owner, but I act as admin as well. Then I have 4 other admins, no super mods and we have 6 moderators and 2 girls on our graphics team (1 is also a moderator). | ||||
