In order to ensure that your staff understand and comply with your own company policies and current legislation you need to ensure that your staff handbook or staff training manual is up to date and covers you should any employee issues arise.Looking froward to your staff manual. |

![]() | Employee Handbooks are also often called Policy and Procedures Manuals. The Handbook/Manual is a statement of business policies and how the business is to be conducted. The company employee handbook is one of the most important communication tools between the employer and the employee. Also, the handbook would contain enough detail to avoid confusion. Hope you could get it online soon. |
