We have reasonable activity and great free services but I am looking to get some members together. Here is this idea I heard on another forum: I get a group of members together and make them staff, though no-one knows and they activly post on the forums. So if looks like there are this group of really active members. I am wondering how I can find members to fill this position?  | ||||

| well yea, i mean if you don't have any people you know who could be die hard posters you could pay some mods or admins until your activity gets going.
