Make sure they think he is good for the job as well. A very important aspect of making a community flurish are the mods which bring the community together and act as the glue! Set up a staff forum, where staff members could discuss, share and introduce. The last thing you need is mods fighting over control or just not getting along. This can have effect on your entire community. The mods represent you infront of the community. They are like ministers in your goverment.. treat them well so they will treat others well!
