| I usually dont temp. ban members, but I have been moreless forced to in the past, it still happens but not often. I usually pm them first and perhaps give them a little warn increase. I think being a nice patient admin have worked great at my site

Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 98 | I will pm them and talk to them about it. If it continues I remove them from the board. If they do something really bad, like steal from my site, it is an immediate ban. | ||||
