| Title: Lurker Join Date: Mar 2006 Posts: 13 Location: Saint Charles, MO ![]() | Friendly - Completely approachable and just a down-home sort of fella. Helpful - I am ALWAYS open to questions. Thats what I am there for, help. Stubborn - But not to the point where I let my own ego blind me. And if I can stroke my own ego... Experienced... I have been doing online/admin type of things since the very early 90's when BBS' like WWIV and Wildcat ruled and were ran off a 486, a dial-up connection and DOS.

| Title: Apprentice Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 220 ![]() | Running things 'professionally' e.g. not acting immaturely etc is a good idea. But I hate the idea of running things like a business. Running things like a business means very often advertising for example. Also a lot of 'the person who pays the bills can do whatever they want'. After which these points can justify any sorts of rules, bannings, whatever, without any real personal responsibility. | ||||
