| I have them... I have shared a bit with my staff but I find it hard to articulate. I also find myself in a position of wanting one thing but my membership wanting another. SO I dunno if I have to edit my target or just tell them 'this is how it's going. Agree or hit the door.' Can't do the latter and don't want to do the former so I am stuck. | ||||

| I am using post counts, on-topic ones, as targets to reach. For instance, last Saturday we were 2 months old, so I set a target of 10k posts...took ALOT of hard work, but not only did we reach the target, we smashed through it  I have given a new target now of 17500, and our admin has suggested we can meet that target in 30 days. I would like to think we will and I have confidence in the membership to do it | ||||
