Hello Everybody,

I am very proud and happy to announce the Release of ThemeGen v0.1.

Features in this version :

* Define your own colors for everything
* See a preview of where the color will be used

That might be very less. but defnitely there gonna be tons of features coming.

Please dont use this thread for Error reports or other purposes.

Is there a way to make different layouts available to choose from as well? Not sure if that is something easily added or not.

For example, I can usually edit the CSS pretty well, but anything that involves moving buttons or changeing the look of the actual forum and I'm way out of my element. Would be great if there was a way to choose from a couple pre-made layouts along with choosing colors.

Yes. Actually now as the first version, we will have one defauolt layout (not SMF's default) and users can define their colors for it. And for the following versions, we will have some more layouts added.

I would allow the option to insert images while generating as well. Makes skinning a breeze if you can preview the images in there while your making it.

There's a generator for Invisionfree skins that allows you to pick the colours for parts of the forum, and place an image there as well (such as gradiants) I really know nothing about the SMF system though, so I don't know what I'm talking about here

yeah i think he means more of a theme generator that also lets you put images into the theme for buttons and headers and everything else.

The first version will not have image support etc..
But the next versions will have more features.
