PR Blue [vb 3.6.7]

I know it might sound funny, but I like the way this skin looks in IE 6. In firefox it looks a little dull.

Well, I don't know how it looks on other versions. Just IE 7, FF 1.x, 2.x and they are totally different due to lack of transparency support in IE.

If you like how it looks in IE, then just delete the CSS code that says
background:url(images/PR_Blue...) and be sure to include the code #FFF!

Yeah, just download the pngfix.js from their site and put it in your theme.
