Most have never come across a forum on flooring or ever expected to – it is an incredibly niche forum and a great one at that. One wouldn't think that flooring would be a popular topic to discuss online, but TFP proves otherwise, boasting stats of nearly 900 members and over 25,000 posts – very impressive with a topic such as flooring. And the quality of the threads are good and lengthy with not a lot of short replies. Another thing to note is that the vast majority of the posts are made in on-topic forums. Aside from the posts, the site is loaded with content such as articles and reviews. The design and layout of the forum is a very strong point for The Floor Pro Community. The site is very easy to follow and the green theme is very easy on the eyes. One thing the staff really liked was the registration bar at the top. In most cases, forum users find those bars annoying because they resemble popup blockers or spyware warnings, but in this case it does not do that and still entices guests to join. Modifications are another impressive aspect of The Floor Pro. vBAdvanced is used very nicely to support the front page and other content pages, galleries to post user flooring projects, a Google map to refer to when you need a professional, with vBSEO to boot. Just the right amount of mods, and none of them are a waste of cyberspace. You can tell they put work into making their community different. Great job eJM! It's great to see such niche forums doing so well. To congratulate eJM, you can go to our announcement here.
