Our banners start and end all throughout the month. Assuming a spot is available, you can buy any time during the month and your banner will run until the same day next month. Buy now and you'll be the only banner down there Right now the banners showing there are just being pulled from the header. The header opens up in ~1 week.

These tend to be popular spots, but for some reason, nobody is grabbing them right now. Header - $25/month Footer - $10/month Great deal on both. See this for more info. I'm about to head on over to some other webmaster forums to find buyers.
