Admin Fusion no longer SEO friendly?

I have started looking more at the code since I started my new directory and I want to submit to only SEO friendly ones. The ones with no redirects or nofollow to links .. and just by chance I looked at a code on a post made by a member and saw the link has a redirect. Does this mean AF has stopped being SEO friendly for our links in the posts?
