Single Posts Not Working Properly When Clicked
Single posts aren't being displayed properly when you click on them. It's reloading the page and in some cases opening a new window. This shouldn't happen when using the anchor followed by the post number.

A new toy for me.....

Click on any individual post number in that post.

Now try it on my site: Brent's Got A Gun

Clicking on the individual post on my site just goes directly to that post without reloading or opening the window.

I'm not sure if this was a bug in 3.0.0 (3.1.0 is the latest) or a problem with your rewrite rules.

Here is what happens when I try: when I click the post number in a post in this thread, a new window opens up and it is this thread again, not just that single post. Although, it is parked at the post I clicked on originally.
