keeping to the new skin discussion - the new skin is fine. I agree that the "In the spotlight" section at the top of the page gets old after you have seen it 1000 times. Maybe there is a way to adjust the size, make it only for guests, or do it only on the first page of a thread (if multiple pages), or something like that. Just a thought.

hmmm... i think.. whoever i ssaying they hate AF now or they dont like it as much... get over it! Its a fresh look! i love it! i hated the thin skin it was dark.. old.. and thin.. i love this skin.

also how do you know the admins suck? they dont SO FAR... we hardly know them. No point fighting about it until we are settled in! its only been 2 months and you guys are complaining!

I don't mind the new skin. It's not that important to me. It's the community feel that is and I feel like that has diminished slightly. Regarding my commentary above, maybe you need to train your side-kick a bit better or teach him how to request feedback properly, asking for: "any rants or raves about the new changes being made to AdminFusion" and then you bitching when people do 'rant' or 'rave' is what's childish. Let's hear more from the organ grinder and less from his monkey. Ask for what you actually want rather than issuing open invitations to rants and raves.

If you asked for constructive feedback that is what you would have got. It's not rocket science, is it? Ask for shit and I'll give you shit. Ask for something else and you'll get that instead. Don't come bitching at me or anyone else in this community you own if it is on account of your fuck up that the wrong type of feedback is being given. That just ain't cool.

I've been a community leader for more years than I care to remember. Here's some constructive feedback for you:

"Be clear in what you are asking from your community. Don't be a bitch if they give you what you asked for rather than what was expected."

Good luck with AF. I truly hope you can make it into something great.
