The basic roles of this person would be forum support, email handling, advertisement organization, AdminFusion announcements, decision-making/planning, and promotion. We are not requiring moderate to heavy moderation, although this person must visit AdminFusion daily. Think of yourself as a COO (Chief Operating Officer), not a project manager, but not the CEO. You will work with the current admin to help manage administrative issues and allow for more time spent with promotion. There will be no pay/rewards for this job, as it is 100% voluntary. This is a great opportunity for anybody looking to become a major role in a rapidly growing community. Our traffic has skyrocketed recently...50,000 Alexa ranking (and improving) and upwards of 8,000+ uniques per month, also increasing. Experience and Skills Required

This meaning dealings with advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, announcements, newsletters, etc. Feel free to copy/paste your last application and just add this extra stuff. | Hmm. I am interested in applying. However one question seems at the forefront. Does forum software experience come into play here? For example, I have 3 years exp admin'ing with IPB, not vB. Please advise. EDIT: Also, what is the window of opportunity?
