Maybe to keep the price low, offer a domain as a prize and then the winner can use his domain with his hosting or use it somewhere else.

Ah, that's actually a very good idea...Possibly in addition to that, give away a larger package...for example...a domain plus...200mb space, 5gb bandwidth - in other words, a realistic package.

That's a possibility

Well, often relivant industry companies like Jelsoft, IPS, Lunar Pages, ect will sponser compititions in hopes it will get them more activity. I can contact a few companies for you if you wish.

Yeah...I am considering some sort of article contest, but I'm not sure how much interest there would be in that...and how I could judge it objectively, perhaps hold a public poll on best writer...just playing with ideas
