Don't worry, I don't know much HTML either...with the right tools, it's not too bad. First, to create the page itself, I used this tutorial. Then...I just opened up Microsoft Frontpage and started playing around with it. When I got it how I liked, I copied the HTML code that Frontpage generated and pasted it into my template....If you don't have Frontpage, you can use any HTML editor...Word would even work, but not as well.
