All submitted material is property of AdminFusion.com. Before posting any information from this forum elsewhere, you must obtain express permission from both the original Author and a Forum Administrator.
Contact Us
If you need to contact an Administrator for any reason, please keep the following in mind:

Please be civil and polite. Bring up your concerns in a mature and respectful manner. If you are contacting us because you violated forum guidelines, be adult enough to admit your mistake. Do not be derogatory or insulting towards us. You will not get what you want by name calling or bashing us.

Posting a thread or reply to question or criticize a moderator or administrator action is not appropriate in a public forum. If you are given specific instructions by any member of the AdminFusion staff, you must adhere to them immediately. If you disagree with said instructions, you may contact the staff, but please utilize the board’s Private Message function, or email, if you wish to discuss these issues. As long as you bring up your concerns maturely and civilly to the moderator or administrator in question, we will do our best to address your concerns fairly and promptly.

All we ask is that you treat us the way you would want us to treat you. If you treat us with respect, we will do the same for you.
As a privately-owned and operated site, we reserve the right to moderate the forums in whatever manner we choose for the "greater good" of the community. We examine each incident on a situation-by-situation basis. This means that, even if you're not technically breaking any of the previously-listed rules, you could still be subject to being banned, moderated, or removed from the site if we choose appropriate.

If you have an issue which involves your account here at AF, whether it be technical or a name change request, please direct it to our "Contact the Staff" forum here. This is also the place to let us know about any disruptive members at AdminFusion or any abuse you are receiving in the forums. If you see a post violating the guidelines, you may use the built-in vB Post Reporting system and we will give you an update in the Contact the Staff forum. Please do not PM a staff member, as it does not guarantee the quickest response time.

All general questions and suggestions which are not confidential should remain in the forum here - Questions, Suggestions, and Feedback.

Before asking questions in this forum, we ask that you first check out our FAQ. Odds are, the answer to your question is there. If it is not, then ask away!

If you have any suggestions for questions to be added to that FAQ, let us know that as well.

Thank you

Xperience

As some of you may have noticed by now you have three new bars under your name in your post-bit. This is another new feature we are introducing called vbXperience. Hopefully this post will shed a little light as to what exactly this does.

Purpose: To measure your involvement in the AdminFusion community other than simply posts made.

How it works: Points are awarded for everything you do on AdminFusion. From posting responses or tagging threads there is a point for virtually anything you do that contributes to AF.

I posted but don't see my points?
Every ten minutes a "cron" cycles through the forum and updates your points, however you must be signed-on in order to have your points recalculated.

So what are you gonna do with this? Well we can virtually do anything we want like we could before but this allows us to easily track and reward our members for how active they are in the community.

All right, all right, well what do these three bars mean? Glad you asked, the top bar (orange) is your level bar it goes from 1-100. The bar below that (blue) is your level up bar, it tells you what percentage you are at that level and how many more points are needed to level up. Last the bottom bar is your Activity bar. This bar takes the top 10 most active posters and then compares their average to yours to determine this number.

We will be eventually expanding this feature and it's capabilities in the future by awarding members who excel in certain areas with medals and such. We are extremely excited about this feature and hope you are to. If you have more questions we can discuss it here. Good luck and Happy Leveling!
