I would like to ask about two things:

+ phpfox license transfere:
I have bought a site with life time phpfox license. But now i ask the seller
about the login id and password he said that he got three license in his account and can not give me the login information.
What should I do now? Is there anyway to transfere/push one license to another account?

+vbulletin ownlicense transfer
The owner tell me that he has changed the contact email to mine. But I sitll do not get the confirm email.
So what is legal steps to transfere a vbulletin own license?(I have contact vbulletin staff but still do not get reply).

Well, first of all...when you purchased the site, did the owner tell you that the licenses were included? Technically, if this was not stated anywhere, he doesn't have to give them to you.

Now...assuming that he does give them to you...I don't know anything about phpfox, so I'm not of much help there. As far as the vBulletin license...In order to transfer a vB license, the current owner (him, in this case) is supposed to contact Jelsoft letting them know that he wants to transfer his license to another person. Jelsoft will give him all of the information necessary to do so. There's no reason for you to contact Jelsoft asking them to transfer the license, because only the current license holder can initiate a transfer.

Well, yes, he said you would get both licenses, so he should give them to you. Did you verify these licenses before buying? You should always do that.

Regardless...the important thing is to do your research before sending money, because when all is said and done, there is little that you can do to get your money back (PayPal, phpfox, and Jelsoft cannot get your money back or punish him).

I would keep being persistent...keep trying to contact him.

I did not research about the license (he gave me the login id of vbulletin yesterday but does not tranfering it legally to me).

I will wait for him while trying to contact my credit company and paypal.

You'll need to get the full name, email address, and license number from the current license holder. Once you have that, give that information to Jelsoft using this form...Tell them you'd like to verify the license, and they'll do the rest for you.

Well,
The guy sold me the site said that he has tranfered it to my email and asks me to give hime back the license but I got nothing! He does not give me the proof of transfering or anything.

Man I am sorry to hear about your troubles.

The only way he could have transferred it to you is if you reply to a Jelsoft E-mail agreeing to the terms and conditions. If you did not reply then it was never transferred to you.
