Helpdesk
What would be a good and hopefully free helpdesk for my site? Recently I have noticed that way to many support emails from members and others are going unoticed because I'm only home one day per week.

Well, I really couldn't find any "quality" free Help Desk Systems, but I can suggest a few support ticket and live chat systems that are free. From experience, the following software is very nice:

osTicket- Has some very nice features, easy to use (Support Ticket Software).
Crafty Syntax Live Help- Lot's of features, nice interface (Live Chat Software).

Again, I've used these two many times, and both of them are pretty nice.

No problem. Yeah, osTicket has been pretty dead (for a while, actually), but it's simple, and easy to use. I had another support ticket system in mind, so I will see if I can find it, and then post it here for you.

Also, if you have cPanel/Fantastico, osTicket can be installed via Fantastico (and so can Crafty Syntax Live Help).
