![]() | best support (for a fee) Hi I am planning to set up a forum for a company where one of the main criteria is that they can be guaranteed to get support for the forum and paying a support fee is a viable alternative. Which forum software manufacturer can offer this? Thanks Peter |

| Apprentice | vBulletin would allow you to setup subscription based payments via the admin control panel. It supports PayPal and Authorize.net last I recall (as well as a few others). In addition, you can easily create different member groups so you can separate them out.

![]() | Sorry I was unclear. What I meant was that the company is willing to pay money (support fee) to the forum software manufacturer in order to be guaranteed that they get support in case they run into problems (it will be a critical system for them). Any ideas? |

| Apprentice | I apologize, I mis-read. I had about 50 browser windows open across 2 screens at the time and I suppose I jumbled them altogether. I've used vBulletin since its release way back when . The original release was 1.x.x and to this day, I've *never* had an issue with their support team.To me, vBulletin is about the best paid forum software money can buy.
