Gallery software needed

Im in need of a decent gallery software, which can allow the following

Ability to have a gellery per member,
Admin control panel allowing restrictions,
Ability to allow set amount of image uploads,

and possably ability to add other information to images such as sizes and prices and such so members can update thier own gallery and image info.

so am i asking for too much for free, or is there something out there that can achieve this?

Thanks for the reply about Coppermine, Instead of using software to do what i want, Would it be possable to Code myself / get a friend to do , using PHP or some other coding ?

If so How would this be done and what coding would be needed, and also anything else thats needed?

Is the new album feature in vbulletin 3.7 going to have galleries as well?

Only for the user profile, its not a global gallery per say.

I use coppermine for my site and the site i 'run' for a friend and it is pretty good.

I will admit I have never tried any other 'photo album' software but when I was looking a couple years ago Coppermine seemed to be the best 'open source' or 'free' album software out there. I have never had any issues or problems and it is pretty simple for admins and members to use.

I have not looked around lately but maybe there is better Album software out there, I dunno, I just never had the need to look.

I personally like Gallery2 the best because it offers a lot more functionality than Coppermine, but it's definitely not something I would recommend for someone who was just looking for a basic photo gallery script without a lot of fancy features.
