Looking at their Instant Marketplace application for a reverse bidding for energy. Before I go through with the purchase, anyone know of any similar software that provides the same features?

We have a team of IT people that will be on this to modify it but we're looking for the most full featured program as stock so it requires less time to get it where we want.

It will be an energy auction site, consumers post their business or home and providers bid and compete for their business. So reverse bidding is a must. By reverse bidding I mean the bid lowers and the low bidder shows on top/wins.
