| IPB allows the import and export of RSS feeds. Not sure about any free boards.

  | Joel - they're looking for a feature that allows them to create forum posts from RSS feeds. While many forum systems offer some sort of feed from forum content, I don't know how many of those you listed actually have the feature to import feeds as forum posts by default. SMF doesn't have this feature by default, but there is an RSS Feed Poster mod that will do what you want.
