![]() | Forum Software Hi, I have a new forum which is about to start development. The forum is about basketball and will get some big numbers in terms of visitors and members as well as posts. My question to you is what forum software would you use? I want some answers without being basis. Regards |

| Forum Junkie ![]() | You somewhat overconfident about it... To start with, i'd suggest using MyBB. Then if it does indeed grow, consider getting IPB or vBulletin.

![]() | I have just begun a forum for the state of Maine and I am doing exactly the same thing. I am starting out using mybb and then as soon as I receive enough income I will step it up to vbulletin. SMF is good too but I just am not a big fan of most of the themes because they are so boxy for the most part and I am personally not a fan of phpbb's admin section. This is my first time using mybb and so far I really like it!
