Whats the size of your Database?

As the forums grow its gets bigger and bigger everyday, yesterday i found to be the zip file of the database itself is 90.7mb here.

How do you take backup? which is the best way to backup your database? Whats the size of your Database?

My database is 210Mb. Best way to back it up? I hit the download button on the control panel.
