Newsletter software - Any Recommendations
Hi there,

I'm looking for a decent mass-mailing solution, which allows me to send well-formatted plain-text messages as well as more complex HTML to my members.

Since yesterday I have been using the Geek Gazette (GAZ), which wasn't quite the right thing for me.

I don't need software that is by all means tightly integrated with the forum and I'd rather use a stand-alone application that I can import my members' addresses into.

So, if anybody has any recommendations, I'd be very happy to hear about those.

I've found one that's not integrated with the member base which is what I wanted. You put a input form on your pages, they write their email and hit subscribe and their email is put in a list.

You can create plain text or HTML newsletters.

I can't find the specific link but will give it in a minute.

It's called OpenNewsletter 2.5. No MySQL db needed, uses flatfile to store emails.

Has an unsubscribe link option. It seems the website I got it from is not up...
